I bought these two editions for 16K cash and have spent lots of money, labour and time over the years to get this established here in Dunedin. Queenstown is as of yet undeveloped.

There is a $1K transfer fee where you must first be approved by HQ up in Auckland and then have the rights transferred to you. This is per region. I also own the Queenstown branch, however, it is yet undeveloped. Just finished paying it off.
